What Is The Puppy Palace?

The Puppy Palace runs on a Wednesday & Friday and is open from 7am – 6pm for all puppies 18wks or younger. Hosted in a sterile, temperature-controlled environment, designed for ultimate comfort and safety for pups. Puppies need to have had a minimum of 2 vaccinations to attend.

During their visit your puppy will be size, and temperament matched with other suitable puppies. They are actively supervised at all times, with staff encouraging appropriate play and engagement amongst one another.

Your pup will undergo 1:1 and small group training, along with lots of handling and exposure to real life obstacles whilst ensuring a safe and positive environment and outcome. Pups receive plenty of treats, cuddles and verbal praise and positive reinforcement.

What You Need To Bring Along:

  • Your puppy! 
  • A small bed/soft blanket – for nap times.
  • Your puppy’s lunch – In a labelled container. Fresh food is welcome, we have a puppy fridge!

Puppies are required to attend in a soft flat collar with clear identification and on a leash, as a force free handling facility we do not condone the use of choker chains/slip and or extension leads. We provide all treats, toys, and training as part of the session.

We also ask that during your pup’s first visit that you have your phone on you and be available for an earlier pick up should we require it. Puppies who graduate from the Puppy Palace will automatically be eligible to attend ongoing daycare services with us without the need for a temperament trial. Pups graduate once reaching 18wks or based on behavioural needs.
